1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

 

2. DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?

You can also send your order to contact@scannys.com. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. Also if you want to make same order later, you can use “reorder” feature.
 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 5 to 14 days (estimated processing + transit time).

 

4. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact contact@scannys.com
 

 

5. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

 

6. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

Orders typically ship within 1 to 4 business days.

If your order has not arrived after 14 days , please contact our team, we are happy to assist.

 

7. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@scannys.com and we’ll be sure to get you the SCANNYS you ordered!

10. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact contact@scannys.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
